Agent

We can act as your Agent through the planning application process, removing all direct contact and hassle between the Local Authority Planning Team and our customers. We will regularly contact and liaise with the allocated Planning Officer to ensure all necessary information is available and understood to maximise the likelihood of a successful application.

Design & Access Statements

Frequently, Planning Officers require the production and submission of a Design & Access Statement (D&AS) to supplement the Planning Application and documentation submitted.  The D&AS informs the Planning Officer, about the built environment along with the rational behind the design, specified materials and volume of the proposed project.  We can offer the writing and production of the D&AS to support an planning or List Building Consent application.

Planning Advise

We are happy to offer informal or formal planning advise and support on any potential project. Depending on the nature and size of your specific project, it may not require formal planning consent.  Providing it meets certain criteria, the project may be considered Permitted Development, so only a Lawful Development Certificate is strongly recommended to be sought and obtained from the Local Authority Planning Dept.
