A review of 2022 has established that Dimension 22 Ltd had another busy year. 

During the twelve-month period we submitted 48 x planning applications. This volume of work is the highest number of applications the business has submitted since being established in 2018. It demonstrates we continue to have a strong business presence in and around the Bath area for domestic design and planning services. 

The fabulous news, only one of those 48 applications received a refusal notice, meaning we achieved 98% planning success rate during 2022. We successfully obtained planning approval on three listed buildings in Bath.

This great performance is obtained by working closing with Local Authority planning team during the planning process, to ensure a successful outcome.

Our customers are then enabled to proceed with the home alterations and extension projects, with the reassuring knowledge they have met their statutory planning obligations.
