Dimension 22 Ltd is a dynamic customer focused business providing Planning, Design and Drawing and Planning Agents in the Bath, Bristol and wider South West areas. Our services are targeted at the domestic housing market, including Home Owners, Property Managers and Building Contractors looking to extend, convert or improve their property with an extension, loft conversion, modernisation.   We also design a one-off new build dwelling. 

In addition, services also include producing plans and acting as Agents for Listed Building Consent and HMO Change of Use Planning Applications.

Dimension 22 Ltd is the concept of Jeremy Lear BSc (Hons) who has recognised the need for providing a design, drafting, planning and building support service to customers in housing market, who don’t wish to engage an Architect for their domestic project. 

Jeremy has over 35 years’ experience in the construction, property surveying & design industries. Obtaining a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying in 1996, he worked as a Building Surveyor then a Senior Building Surveyor and then Contracts Manager with a national housing provider, managing multi million-pound property maintenance, refurbishment and compliance contracts.  Early in 2018 he established the Dimension 22 business, focusing on domestic property design, drawing services and acting as a planning agent.

Dimension 22 Ltd is a customer focused business, recognising that excellent customer service and satisfaction is rewarded with repeat business and recommendations. We tailor our services and accessibility to deliver a flexible hands-on approach for our customers. We recognise that our customers are not always available during normal working hours, so we are pleased and proud to offer appointments and consultations during evenings and weekends.

Dimension 22 Ltd's turnover does not currently meet the threshold to be registered for the collection of VAT on it's delivered services.   Dimension 22 Ltd does NOT currently charge VAT on it's invoices, therefore making us a very competitive business to work with.
